The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its Performance Improvement team, with a focus on driving revenue growth through operational and financial transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that enhance revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires the ability to analyze complex financial and operational data, design and implement strategies for profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set in strategic execution, financial analysis, and operational optimization, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' of experience in performance improvement, revenue optimization, or operational strategy, particularly within a consulting or advisory environment. Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that result in significant financial and operational improvements. The role also requires excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, as well as familiarity with process improvement tools and enterprise systems. The candidate should be adept at applying continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive transformation across client organizations.
