About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Campus Operations to oversee the administration of its various facilities and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the college's grounds, housekeeping, conferences, special events, children's center, and mail services. This role involves directing operations in each department, long-term planning, and fiscal management. The Managing Director will work closely with other campus offices, departments, and key staff and faculty to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all campus operations.

Key responsibilities for the Managing Director of Campus Operations include providing leadership and oversight for facilities and grounds management, conference and event services, mail services, and the on-campus children's center. The role also involves strategic and long-range goal development, particularly in support of the college's mission and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will create a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment, and will be involved in all aspects of personnel management. Additionally, the Managing Director will be expected to ensure that campus operations align with the college's commitment to environmental stewardship and support a high-quality learning environment.
