About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for National Audit Quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Quality Officer to prepare and present materials for leadership, the Board of Directors, and external committees. This role also involves coordinating and drafting comment letters to regulators, responding to ad hoc requests, and overseeing the firm's audit quality evaluation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA designation, and at least 10 years' of experience in a senior manager, partner, or director role within a CPA environment. Advanced knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Standards is essential, as is a strong analytical ability, critical thinking capacity, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
