About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Management Consulting division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and execution of multi-service line solutions, with a focus on business development, client engagement, and team leadership. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, and/or solutions delivery, and a proven track record in architecting and managing multi-service line solutions. The Managing Director will also be tasked with ensuring exceptional client service, high-quality deliverables, and the growth of the practice through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Candidates for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in business, accounting, engineering, or supply chain management, and a Master's degree in business administration (MBA) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in C-Level client sales, marketing, and managing multiple client pursuits is required, along with a strong background in advisory consulting. The role demands a leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills, who can effectively manage a team of consulting professionals and is willing to mentor and contribute to the professional development of staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a diverse network of referral sources.
