About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its Global Information Reporting Services practice. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, with a focus on international tax transparency and the transformation of private equity processes. Key responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, providing advisory services on a range of tax compliance and planning issues, and leading a team in the execution of multiple engagements. The role also involves guiding and managing IRS and state audits, as well as actively contributing to new business development and representing the company at industry events.
Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, in accounting, taxation, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting or a related field, including 10 years of supervisory experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a CPA or equivalent certification, advanced technical expertise in global information reporting, and a proven track record in providing consultative services to global financial institutions. Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills are essential, as is the ability to manage a team and mentor junior members. Proficiency in relevant technology and the ability to travel as needed are also necessary.
