About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Analytics and Reporting to join their Program Impact, Learning, and Evaluation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, and BI reporting to enhance the delivery and continuous improvement of the company's programs. This role involves close collaboration with subject-matter and technical experts, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include conducting exploratory analysis of diverse data sets, developing predictive models, and maintaining and improving BI reports. The role also requires a strong client service mindset to efficiently manage ad hoc data requests.
Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in data analytics and reporting, with a preference for those who have worked with education data. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with strong statistical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Power BI), and a demonstrated ability to learn and deploy new skills.
