About the Role: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Director to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily maintenance operations to maintain a safe and compliant facility.

Supervise and schedule maintenance staff; assign tasks and ensure productivity.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and the building structure.

Maintain accurate records for repairs, inspections, and warranties.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal maintenance regulations.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.

Coordinate facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility .

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Thorough knowledge of equipment, building systems, and safety standards.
