Maintenance Director Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top working condition.
Manage preventive maintenance programs to uphold safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and supply orders.
Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.
Maintenance Director  Qualifications:
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and repair processes.
Ability to respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks.
