Position Overview
A leading Long Term Care company is currently recruiting a Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Team at a facility located in Frederick County, MD.
This is a full-time, hourly position that offers a great team, very competitive wages, and outstanding benefits.
Responsibilities
Hire and direct staff and provide dependable maintenance services while helping to generate profit through continually improving operating efficiencies and reducing costs.
Present a professional image to all customers and take a pro-active approach by providing supervision, training, and hands-on assistance.
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO, and the State Department of Health.
Work closely with the facility's Administrator and network with individuals at other facilities and the corporate office for technical input and guidance.
Qualifications & Experience
2 years of Long Term Care Facility experience preferred.
