In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring that all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. As a strategic leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, employing innovative solutions to maintain and enhance facility operations. Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling and supervising staff. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods across various facilities. Plan and manage the department's operational budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness in facility maintenance operations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers, negotiating contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services. Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and extend the life of facility assets. Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
