The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing - The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Nursing  is seeking a full-time  Maintenance Director.  The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers.

Job Functions and Requirements:

Ability to understand the policies and procedures of the department

Must be very handy and able to do repairs

Conduct interviews and hire for the department

Assist with regulations and upkeep of the state regulations

Knowledge on how to do all repairs in the building

Ability to make independent decisions

Maintain care and use of the supplies and equipment

May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment

Attend staff meeting as directed

Qualifications of Maintenance Director:

High school graduate or GED

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

3 years of maintenance experience is required
