What you will do: Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building Complete request for repairs

Qualifications: Have good technical and mechanical skills Experience in light carpentry and plumbing Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred Must be familiar with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Life Safety Code (LSC) rules and recordkeeping. Must be available for emergency calls such as night, weekends, and holidays.
