Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/20/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Director of Surgical Services TriCities Hospital Hopewell, VA Full-time Min: $96,137 Midpoint: $124,966 15% Director Bonus Sign-On & Relo Bonuses are negotiable Overview · 4 ORs, 3 Endo Rooms · Strong ortho program doing a lot of hips and knees, Mako Robot. General surgery – will launch DaVinci robot. Sports medicine physician – shoulders, small joints. Surgeon from sister facility is going to open a clinic to restart GYN in November. · 7 cases on a light day, up to 26 on busy day. On call for weekends · Director is over all areas of surgical services – OR, SPD, pre post, PACU, endo · Great relationship with anesthesia Growth Strategies · Upgrading central sterile, upgrading equipment for Davinci (overhaul for that space to accommodate)
