You’ll create experiences that uplift, engage, and connect residents with their passions, community, and each other. From themed events to meaningful one-on-one interactions, you’ll help make Sage Glendale feel like home. Key Responsibilities

Lead Programs : Plan and execute group and one-on-one activities in line with our LifeCycles wellness philosophy.

Welcome Residents : Create personalized LifeLoop® profiles based on resident history and interests.

Foster Connection : Inspire staff involvement to build a community-wide culture of engagement.

Promote Events : Oversee monthly newsletters, social media updates, and event calendars.

Support the Team : Supervise Life Enrichment staff and volunteers; help onboard new team members.

Coordinate Transportation : Schedule outings and ensure driver coverage and safety.

Ensure Quality : Manage budgets, gather feedback, and maintain program standards.

Partner with Sales : Support events and initiatives that showcase the community.

What You Bring

Passion for working with seniors and creating joyful experiences

Leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Comfort with Microsoft Office, digital platforms, and social media

Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, resident-first environment

Dementia knowledge preferred for memory care programming

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (degree in a related field preferred)

Depending on community size: 50+ residents: 1+ year of activity experience, including evaluation and supervision

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a passenger van

Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty rotation
