What We Are Looking For A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Administrator in a large skilled nursing community. A demonstrated history of success , including experience discussing survey outcomes and implementing improvements in quality. A current and valid LNFA license in Texas . A willingness to relocate if necessary. Your Responsibilities as LNFA Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and service to residents. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while nurturing a culture of quality and accountability.
