Essential Functions and Duties:
Energetic and growth-oriented, skilled at creating opportunities, developing relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. We're an innovative medical device startup transforming patient care. Create and execute an ambitious sales strategy to drive adoption of a new-to-market medical device. Drive sales performance and revenue growth through the development and execution of a targeted, results-oriented North American sales strategy. Identify, engage, and close high-value deals with major healthcare networks, hospitals, and radiation oncology providers. Build, lead, and motivate a top-tier sales team focused on achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and accountability across all stages of the sales cycle. Collaborate with Marketing to generate demand, strengthen lead generation, and deliver impactful campaigns that convert prospects into customers. Represent Leo Cancer Care at key trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand visibility and generate new business leads. Provide real-time market intelligence to guide pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning. Partner cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to ensure that customer feedback drives innovation and market alignment. Maintain expert knowledge of Leo Cancer Care's full product portfolio, competitive offerings, and market trends. Submit clear, actionable sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Chief Commercial Officer. Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and customer success across the North American sales organization. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer. Education, Training, and Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of direct related experience in Radiation Oncology Sales with a proven track record. Team player on both departmental and management team levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present high-level presentations. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
