Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director based in Henrico, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, directing branding efforts, and overseeing art direction and graphic design. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing creative concepts, managing a team of designers, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality, impactful creative solutions. Responsibilities • Develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that enhance brand identity and engagement. • Lead and manage a remote team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative alignment across all projects. • Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Maintain consistency in visual branding and messaging across all channels. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the company at the forefront of creative innovation. • Present and communicate creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients. • Foster a collaborative and innovative remote work environment.
