Balance commercial outcomes with heart-centered leadership — creating transformation that endures. Collaborate with an international network of senior professionals while working remotely and independently. Ideal Candidate Senior professional with 10+ years in HR, learning & development, talent management, organizational leadership, or people strategy. Proven track record of leading leadership programs, talent initiatives, employee engagement, cultural transformation, or organizational effectiveness projects. Strong background in strategic planning and organizational growth, paired with a passion for developing leaders and empowering people. Ready to pivot beyond traditional HR or corporate roles into a career chapter where leadership development and success education are the main focus. A visionary thinker who blends commercial acumen, cultural leadership, and a heart-centered approach to growth.
