CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES MLS - Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a Medical Laboratory Science. - Required Masters Degree in related field - Required Three (3) years clinical laboratory experience and five (5) years management experience in a Healthcare Trauma Level II experience required

Leadership skills needed to effectively direct a group.
