The Director of Brand & Creative Strategy is responsible for shaping and executing the creative vision and brand identity of the organization across all channels and touchpoints. This strategic leadership role oversees graphic design, advertising creative, public relations, video production, social media, and content development. A critical focus of the role includes supporting the company’s accelerated growth strategy through the development and deployment of compelling creative campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for new clinic openings across expanding markets. The ideal candidate blends high-level creative direction with a deep understanding of healthcare marketing, patient education, and community engagement.

Strong background in brand development, campaign management, and video production oversight. Experience launching new locations or supporting growth-phase companies is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools (Asana), CRM (HubSpot) and video production software (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear creative direction. What You’ll Do:
Creative & Brand Leadership: Own the development and stewardship of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and tone across all platforms and materials. Lead and inspire a cross-functional creative team including graphic designer, content creators, videographers, copywriters, and social media staff. Manage all internal and external creative resources, vendors, and agency relationships. Clinic Growth & Launch Strategy: Develop creative marketing toolkits for all new clinic openings, including grand opening announcements, localized advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, signage, and community outreach materials. Partner with the business development, clinical operations, and internal marketing teams to ensure all creative elements align with clinic-specific strategies and timelines. Oversee the creative production of opening events, ribbon cuttings, and launch campaigns across digital and traditional media. Video & Educational Content Creation: Lead the development of branded video content for use across social, web, clinic screens, paid advertising, and email—ranging from promotional videos to patient testimonials to provider spotlights. Oversee scripting, creative direction, and production of all video projects in alignment with HIPAA and brand standards. Collaborate with clinical teams to create engaging patient education content (e.g., injury prevention tips, exercise tutorials, seasonal health tips) across various formats: infographics, short-form video, blog articles, and animated content. Messaging & Channel Oversight: Direct the strategy and development of all advertising, PR, and social media messaging—ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience segmentation. Manage and evolve the corporate content calendar to reflect business objectives, seasonal opportunities, and community health initiatives. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams to ensure creative strategies support broader business goals including patient volume growth, physician referrals, and payer relations. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and creative performance metrics to refine strategies and drive innovation.
