Job Summary
The IT Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring smooth operations by coordinating with technical teams, monitoring service levels, resolving customer issues, and communicating effectively between users and IT support to meet agreed services level agreements and business objectives.
The IT Service Delivery Coordinator role will include coordinating resources to achieve project and organizational goals, including monitoring and reporting on progress, addressing any resource-related challenges or bottlenecks, and adjusting as needed to maintain efficiency. This position requires problem-solving, and coordination skills to maximize performance and drive results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support and drive problem resolution for local and regional users.
Oversee IT hardware and device inventory, and deployment for the Americas region, including staging and imaging.
Manage mobile device procurement and deployment via Apple Business Manager (ABM).
Provide support for conference room technologies.
Manage and coordinate third-party IT resources to deliver solutions aligned with business needs, budgets, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor and report on the status of third-party projects, identify risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Support integration of third-party tools, technologies, and platforms into the organization.
Assist with regional network activities and related support needs.
Assist with IT Vendor management as needed.
Ensure regional systems are operating in compliance with global IT security requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
Experience supporting a cloud-based network architecture with multiple regional sites and remote users.
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating small IT projects.
Experience deploying and supporting Apple mobility solutions.
CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security + certifications or equivalent preferred
Skills and Knowledge
Strong understanding of PC hardware, software, and peripheral computer equipment.
Working knowledge of IT cloud-based infrastructure and third-party management.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome, Kofax PDF Viewer, etc.
General familiarity of ERP and business process management software.
Strong organization skills and experience with IT corporate team projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Ability to work well with interdepartmental teams as well as independently.
Comfortable working with minimal to moderate supervision.
Travel
Occasional business travel ( Work Environment
This role is based in a professional office environment supporting a significant number of remote users. Standard office equipment is used routinely.
Typical Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional need to work outside of normal business hours.
Physical Demands
Requires regular periods of concentration and attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Activities may include standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and reaching.
Must be capable of effective verbal communication and responding quickly to instructions or sounds.
