Responsibilities: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies leveraging Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and innovative digital ad creations. Lead the marketing team in crafting compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Analyze campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics and optimize strategies based on insights. Manage and mentor a dynamic team, fostering creativity and collaboration. Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment. Preferred experience in running an ad agency, bringing in-depth understanding of agency dynamics and client management. Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital advertising and social media platforms.
