Pathway to Impact: Report directly to a well-respected Director nearing retirement - step into a curated book of business with mentorship and support What You’ll Do: Lead international tax services for privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals Oversee compliance for inbound/outbound companies, including forms 5471, 5472, 8992/8993, 1116/1118, 926, and more Support expat/inpat tax filings, PFIC holdings, and foreign source income Provide consultative advice on structuring, transactions, and US/international tax implications Partner with audit teams on US GAAP reporting for international subsidiaries Train, mentor, and manage team members while overseeing complex engagements Stay sharp on evolving international tax regulations and ensure the firm’s services remain best-in-class What You’ve Got:

✔ CPA or JD/LL.M

✔ 10+ years in public accounting and/or corporate tax with a strong international focus

✔ Experience with a wide range of U.S. international compliance forms and reporting

✔ Strong communicator who can break down complex concepts for clients and teams
