This exciting organization seeks an Interim Human Resources Director to lead its HR team during a critical period of transition.
In this role, you will oversee a team of three and lead key HR functions, including open enrollment, performance management, compliance, and HRIS optimization. You'll play a vital role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly during upcoming leadership leaves, while also driving strategic priorities into the new year. Worksite Location: Brooklyn Park, MN – Onsite preferred. Salary Range:  Hourly rate between $65–$75, DOE. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead a team of three, ensuring HR operations and compliance are effectively managed • Oversee and execute year-end HR priorities, including open enrollment and performance management • Partner with leadership to maintain strong employee relations and support business goals • Provide oversight and support for HRIS implementation and optimization (Paycor experience highly preferred) • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across leadership and HR functions Required Skills & Experience: • Proven success as an HR leader with deep compliance and HR operations expertise • Experience managing HR teams and mentoring staff • Strong knowledge of open enrollment, performance management, and year-end HR priorities • HRIS implementation/optimization expertise; Paycor experience highly desirable • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities
