Integration Director Location: IL-CHICAGO, 233 S WACKER DR, STE 3700, NY-NEW YORK, ONE PENN PLAZA, 35TH AND 36TH FL, GA-ATLANTA, 740 W PEACHTREE ST NW Hybrid : This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week , fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. The Integration Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the integration strategies with acquisitions and transition services for divestitures. How you will make an impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads teams through integration programs that address the highest priorities for our business, generally with a focus on one deal at a time. Develops business integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Manages execution of integration plans and ensuring on-time execution. Partners with business leaders to coordinate integration activities with broader business operations. Takes ownership of integration-related business challenges and drives solutioning. Responsible for achieving deal budgets. Builds detailed execution plans for deal value drivers. Identifies risks to integration success and leads problem-solving with senior leaders to mitigate those risks. Owns leading deal commitments and targets. Builds relationships with stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 7 years healthcare industry experience including experience leading large strategy and execution programs; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: MBA or graduate degree preferred. Prior M&A experience preferred.
