Our client is seeking a dynamic Director of Integration to lead the charge in seamlessly bringing newly acquired companies into our growing platform. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity designed for a strategic operator with strong business acumen and the emotional intelligence to unify diverse teams under one vision. As the driving force behind post-acquisition integration, you’ll be the architect of a smooth transition from due diligence through full operational alignment—turning insights into action and complexity into clarity. Working in lockstep with our COO and cross-functional leaders across finance, HR, tech, and field ops, you'll develop a scalable, repeatable playbook for integration that supports their long-term growth ambitions. Lead end-to-end integration of acquired companies, starting in the diligence phase and continuing through full operational alignment. Partner with functional leaders to create and execute post-close plans across technology, finance, HR, field ops, and more. Build a scalable integration framework that can be repeated and improved with every acquisition. Act as a trusted advisor to newly acquired leadership teams, ensuring a smooth transition with empathy, transparency, and professionalism. Coordinate across a matrixed environment, managing integration leads and owning key initiatives such as internal communication and employee onboarding. Regularly report on integration progress and ensure alignment across executive team.
