This is NOT a remote position. About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our human resources team in a vibrant community setting. In this hands-on generalist role, you will drive success in several key areas, including employee relations, training and development, recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, and the administration of HR policies and programs. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate closely with community members and senior management to make impactful decisions that enhance employee and resident satisfaction. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including supervisory responsibilities. A Bachelor's Degree is required, while a Master's Degree and experience in the senior living or hospitality industry are preferred. Certification such as PHR or SPHR is also highly desirable. Key Skills: Strong managerial and leadership skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks.
