Design and execute the full-cycle hiring process—including job descriptions, interview protocols, and onboarding workflows—from scratch. Serve as the first dedicated HR resource and trusted advisor for employee relations, creating a positive, inclusive, and values-driven culture. Establish employee engagement and retention programs that support a thriving workplace from day one. Create and manage the organization’s first compensation and benefits infrastructure, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Lead the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
