Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years' relevant HR experience, and at least 5 years' as a people manager. The role requires a candidate with a strategic, transformational, and innovative mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making. Strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have a preference for Asia-Pacific experience and be familiar with the regulatory environment, as well as possess a strong discipline in time management.
