We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Human Resources Director/Manager to join our team on-site in Aurora, Illinois . This individual will support a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Act as a trusted HR contact for Spanish- and English-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication across HR-related topics. Administer company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and documenting outcomes. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant. Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee questions. Help plan and execute employee engagement events and training programs. Generate HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role. Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required. Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law. Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams. High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred. Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments with a bilingual workforce. Conflict resolution or mediation training is a plus. Click here to apply online
