We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong background in human capital management.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee performance systems, provide guidance on employee development and implement training programs Work and manage 3rd party vendors in the development and delivery of complex HR programs, processes and services Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, L&I and WA state licensure and certification requirements Manage multiple benefit programs for staff within companies different entities Continually look for opportunities to improve processes General administrative duties when needed Other general duties as assigned by CHRO
Qualifications: BA in HR PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in HR. Experience with benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations a MUST! HR experience within a healthcare facility Multi-State HR experience is a HUGE PLUS Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels Strong organizations skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
