GENERAL FUNCTION
The Director - HRBP will develop and own HR strategies for Rx Manufacturing locations within their scope supporting a blend of Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, onsite shared services, with approximately 1,500 employees to support. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Guides the leadership team through organizational development and change management initiatives including organization design, evolution, development, etc.
Plans, designs and organizes the HR function to deliver the full array of HR services and support to the business. Actively pursues knowledge of business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business.
Develops talent strategy for manufacturing operations to ensure proper positioning for future growth. Leads the development and ongoing management of a culture that supports high performance to deliver on long-term goals
Identifies and delivers the necessary development programs and training opportunities that ensure employees can meet current & future performance standards and business requirements.
Leads the implementation of performance management tools within the organization while providing strategic leadership to drive change and improvement in its areas of opportunity, as well as execution of talent review and succession planning initiatives.
Ensures alignment between individual, business unit, and corporate practices and serves as a credible activist, operational executor, and business ally at all levels of the company. Seeks opportunities to leverage the COEs as necessary and builds relationships.
Develops HR practices & policies to support and meet the compliance requirements for the company, while ensuring compliance with State and Federal law, corporate guidelines and practices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
10+ years of HR experience
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environment, with experience supporting a large hourly manufacturing workforce.
HR Generalist experience, with demonstrated history of working cross-culturally and within a matrix organization
Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
Strong skill set creating, tracking, and presenting KPIs for the HR function in partnership with business leadership
Experience with coaching, developing a team, associate/labor relations, employment law
Intellectually curious about organizational systems, business strategies and industry trends, with a verifiable track record of success partnering with management and serving as a trusted resource.
Demonstrated strategic thinking: able to envision, communicate, develop and implement human resource initiatives.
Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels. Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Technologically astute and experience with HRIS systems. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing talent acquisition with a mix of in house recruiters and vendor management
Ensures HR Programs are aligned to business priorities & monitors effectiveness PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in HR or related field and SHRM or HRCI certification
