If you're a sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of success, we'd love to connect!Responsibilities•This position requires up to 80 %+ travel•Monitor account performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and sales data.•Build and maintain relationships with key clients and community partners to drive business growth.•Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility.•Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with hotel operations and marketing.•Lead the sales team in executing regional strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Qualifications•Ability to travel 80 %+ of the time•Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.•Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.•Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).•3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.•Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
