The Director of Quality and Risk Management will work with a medical center that provides comprehensive healthcare services that effectively meet the needs of the surrounding community through compassionate and responsible care for over 50 years. The Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Director will be part of a team that embraces family atmosphere, positive attitude to excel and to provide the best patient care.

The Quality and Risk Management Director will be responsible for oversight of Regulatory Compliance, Infection Control, Risk Management, Case Management and Quality programs at the hospital. The Director of Quality and Patient Safety will support operations in a manner that is consistent with overall hospital strategies, policies and procedures.

The ideal Director of Quality and Risk Management should have Registered Nurse, MD-Medical Doctor, PharmD-Pharmacist, PA-Physician Assistant, NP-Nurse Practitioner background with CPHQ-Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (required within one year) and 12 years recent relevant experience.

The Quality and Risk Management Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer for issues impacting operations and to enterprise Quality Services for compliance with the service standards and practices. The Risk and Quality Management Director will be responsible for the most effective use of materials, personnel, and resources to produce positive outcomes in patient care.
