Responsibilities The Clinical Director (RN) oversees and directs patient care operations within the home care facility, reporting to the Home Health Executive Director. Responsibilities include: Managing projects to support the company's immediate and long-term goals. Assessing patient referrals, planning care, and supervising home health services. Implementing administrative practices, agency policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Enhancing profitability and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Education and Experience License Requirements: Current RN licensure in the state of practice (if applicable). Current CPR certification. If in another clinical discipline (PT/OT/SLP), current applicable license in the state. Preferred: One year of supervisory or management experience in home health or related healthcare settings. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
