What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media execution - Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong working relationships and strategic communication plans - Manage account financials, ensuring accurate billing and budget adherence - Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions - Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development

What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 7 years of PR agency experience - Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business - Core consumer brand PR experience with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management - Proven ability to measure ROI of communications activities - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities
