What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and ensuring successful media strategies - Deliver exemplary client service by maintaining strong relationships and developing strategic communications plans - Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, and pitches - Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development - Participate in new business development and operational leadership efforts

What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency setting - Strong academic background with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business - Proven experience in consumer brand PR, including knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management - Excellent publicity skills with a strong understanding of media and editorial requirements - Superior verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities
