What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and successful media strategies for clients - Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and developing strategic communications plans - Engage in media/influencer relations and measure the ROI of communications activities - Maintain agency operations, including mentoring junior staff and participating in new business processes - Proactively set quarterly goals and independently drive projects forward
What is Required (Qualifications): - At least 7 years of PR agency experience - Record of high academic achievement with a good degree and A-level results, particularly in English and/or Business - Core consumer brand PR background and experience in handling press inquiries - Excellent publicity skills with strong understanding of media and story creation - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities - A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts - Proven ability to deliver impactful PR campaigns from inception through delivery - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to thrive in a flexible and changing environment
