Senior Health Services Manager Job Overview: The Senior Health Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of mental health services, ensuring the highest quality care for patients. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in clinical supervision and program management.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to established program models

Manage day-to-day patient operations, prioritizing patient satisfaction and staff well-being

Assist staff with urgent clinical situations and maintain staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage

Hire and coordinate the training and onboarding of new staff members

Perform annual performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Lead efforts to create, identify, and respond to new opportunities for innovative projects and partnerships

Coordinate projects and multiple tasks to meet goals, deadlines, and expectations

Develop program goals and objectives in alignment with organizational priorities

Work with program leadership to develop and implement a communication strategy aligned with program mission and vision

Interact with key departments to ensure program visibility and influence medical and specialty practices

Requirements: Licensed independent practitioner, licensed in the State of CT Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in clinical supervision Extremely organized and detail-oriented Proficiency in computer and information systems
