What You’ll Do:
As Group Parts Director, you'll provide decisive leadership and hands-on guidance to Parts Managers at each of our locations. You’ll champion consistency, efficiency, and profitability — creating a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is more than a maintenance role — it’s a growth role for someone ready to raise the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong, effective leadership and coaching to Parts Managers across the group
Drive profitability and performance by leveraging KPIs, forecasting, and best practices
Standardize operational processes, inventory controls, and ordering strategies
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and incentives
Collaborate closely with service and fixed ops leadership to streamline workflows and boost customer satisfaction
Analyze and report on parts performance, budget alignment, and inventory health
Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a Parts Manager or Fixed Operations leadership role (multi-store preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, hold people accountable, and inspire performance
A growth-oriented mindset — someone who challenges the status quo and seeks continuous improvement
Proven success in parts operations, inventory turn, and profitability
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds
General Motors experience is a strong plus
Clear, confident communicator with strong organization and follow-through
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
