Overview
As a Group Account Director, you are critical in shaping the performance and culture of your client account. You own senior/top-level tasks and respective meetings as you continue to practice a growth mindset and build leadership skills. You exhibit day-to-day management of effective team outputs balanced across internal and client stakeholders. You also continue to develop mastery in financials and contracts, alongside communications of pipeline management activities across disciplines.
Responsibilities
Leadership in driving typically $5M+ in revenue, team sizes ranging from 30-50 people with multiple client stakeholders
Capable in managing 5+ types of complex work projects independently
Ensures our clients have a consistentqualityexperience with us when we have different resource teams operating in different service delivery aspects of the organization
Leads agenda prep and attendance for senior level client meetings
Leads prioritization of weekly/daily Account Team activities and addresses escalations by project/track of work
Able to articulate opportunity relevance/business growth signs to secure and maintain internal staffing consistencies across the team
Leads project and creative brief preparation in conjunction with strategyand leadsproject kickoff and wrap up meetings
Owns and coordinates sections in creation of and updates to SOWs, SCOs and associated contract fulfillment needs, follow-ups and approvals. Leads the process and partners with the appropriate stakeholders to move through estimating and pricing activities
Manages pipeline activities and updates (Salesforce 360), taking part in guidance calls and develops confidence supporting and running the weekly guidance related activities
Lead internal and client QBR activities, looks for opportunities to cross sell and drive organic growth with clients. Owns and coordinates sections of annual growth/innovation workshop with client leadership
Incorporates "up-sell / cross-sell" components into client conversations and demonstrates success setting up the next phase/contract or selling in incremental scope
Translates how our capabilities can translate into growth and/or objective achievement for our clients
Works in close partnership with Project Management to drive profit margin and partners with delivery team to closely manage client business health (margin, etc.)
Lead and craft case study content and contributes to townhalls, internal newsletters and other relevant business topics under leadership
Qualifications
10+ years of experiencein digital marketing including in an agency leading large teams and complex projects
A self-directed, flexible and adaptable problem solver
High attention to detail with strong time-management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience building and nurturing client relationships
High-competence in navigating challenging relationships or the ability to repair significant-level relationships
Proven ability to craft winning narratives within proposals, scope adds, or significant scope changes
Demonstrated experience navigating negotiations and trade-offs with clients through the agreement process
Able to work with clients to define, quantify, and communicate the impact our partnership has had on their business.

Compensation Range: $132,090 - $171,675 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
