The GRD is generally responsible for the administration, coordination, supervision and evaluation of Resident Assistants assigned to his/her building(s), as well as the supervision of programs and activities sponsored by staff and/or students on behalf of the hall. The GRD also serves in the primary on-call rotation on nights and weekends and will be assigned to one committee within the Office for Residence Life. Requirements: The GRD is a part-time, 10-month, live-in position. Undergraduates and Law Students are not eligible to apply. GRDs may not hold any other compensatory position on or off campus during the academic year; exceptions may be made for academic internships and practicums. GRDs are hired on an annual contract basis.
