Job Description Are you experienced in driving strategic initiatives and passionate about bringing the magic of LEGO to life?
As the Go-To-Market Director in LEGO Licensing & Extended Line (LEL), you will be responsible for leading strategic priorities in collaboration with Marketing and Markets & Channels teams. Your goal is to deliver impactful retail programs globally, integrating licensed and branded partnership products along with LEGO brick sets.
Core Responsibilities
Define the Go-To-Market strategy for global seasons & occasions (Holiday, Back-To-School, Halloween, Easter & Birthday), based on marketing directives.
Oversee executional workstreams, working closely with local teams, licensing, and brand partners to ensure successful sell-in to key accounts.
Act as an internal expert on retailer and channel needs regarding seasonal spaces and sell-in requirements.
Collaborate with Markets & Channels, understanding opportunities and challenges to tailor Go-To-Market approaches.
Set and track commercial targets, reporting on sell-in and sell-out figures.
Lead efforts to combine brick and non-brick portfolios at the point of sale for impactful retailer programs.
Coordinate sell-in efforts across sales teams and partners.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams indirectly across Go-To-Market, Marketing, and Sales to ensure sustainable growth.
Additional Details This position is based at 1001 Boylston St., Boston, MA, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
Salary range: $156,000 - $230,000, with comprehensive benefits and remuneration details provided upon offer.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in Sales or Go-To-Market roles within global entertainment or consumer brands.
Proven success with US accounts like Target, Walmart, Amazon.
Deep understanding of retailer sell-in processes and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic translation skills.
Track record of delivering sustainable multi-year growth.
