We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Global Tax Reporting to join our growing global Tax team. You will manage all US tax compliance and all reporting for global entities. You are a self-starter who is highly organized, exhibits keen attention to detail and thrives in a fun, but results-oriented work environment. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Tax.

Prepare and review global tax provision each quarter

Oversee US federal and state income tax returns

Coordinate with external advisors on audits and filings

Partner with FP&A to forecast ETR and cash taxes

Document tax positions, risks, and internal controls

Run team meetings and mentor tax staff

Own global tax reporting under ASC 740 and IAS 12

Manage US income tax compliance and audits

Present global tax results to senior leadership

Ensure internal control compliance, including SOX

Identify tax risks and recommend mitigation steps

Drive automation and AI efforts in tax processes

Support tax aspects of M&A and business changes

15+ years of tax experience in public and corporate roles

SME in ASC 740 and IAS 12 reporting

Exceptional knowledge of global tax rules and structures

Proven experience with staff development

Skilled in financial systems and tax technology platforms

Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

NYC Metro Area 173,000 - 233,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
