Global Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in dispensing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial markets to oversee the global sales management of our Techcon products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, value-based selling, and managing a global sales team. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with distributors and customers worldwide.
Responsibilities: Lead the global sales management of our products and oversee the sales team and channel partners worldwide Develop sales strategies and training programs to achieve revenue targets for the product portfolio Manage annual sales plans, budgets, and sales objectives for regions and territories Implement field sales action plans and monitor sales volume, product mix, and pricing Recruit, train, and monitor sales staff performance Establish and nurture relationships with distributors and end customers Identify new sales opportunities and secure new business Collaborate with Operations and Finance departments on sales forecasts and customer terms Generate and improve monthly and project reports
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of sales experience in dispensing, electronics, semiconductor, or industrial markets Minimum 5 years of sales management experience Experience in selling through distribution and direct sales channels Ability to drive value-based selling tactics and manage a global sales team effectively Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills Previous exposure to international markets and customers Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, business administration, engineering, or a related field
