What we’re looking for in our Claims Director You’re someone who understands that the Claims department is the engine of an international insurance company and are excited by the idea of overseeing all aspects of International and Domestic claims. Here’s what you’ll be working on: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline claim processes, reduce costs and enhance service quality Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities for operational improvements Collaborate across the organization to define the customer journey and recommend process and technology improvements to improve the overall customer experience Maintain and improve claim operations by monitoring system performance, claim inventory levels, team performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing, and completing action plans, managing systems, process improvements and quality assurance programs Drive Claims department people objectives by ensuring strong recruitment, training, coaching, and development of all levels of employees, leading with inclusivity, recognition, and teamwork to drive employee engagement.
