In this essential role, you will lead the scientific strategy, planning, and execution of clinical drug developments focusing on rare diseases. You will oversee all clinical activities ranging from Phase 2 to Phase 4 studies and will act as the chief representative for global development in this therapeutic area, collaborating with executive leadership, development partners, and regulatory agencies worldwide. Your leadership will extend to management of global development initiatives for one or more assets, and you will leverage your strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional product teams in advancing clinical programs and shaping the overall product strategy. To be considered, candidates should possess an MD or DO from an accredited medical school alongside a minimum of 5 years in industry or academic research, complemented by at least 6 years of managerial experience. A PhD, MBBS, or equivalent with relevant residency and board certification is preferred.
