About the Role:
The
Global Accounts Director
is a core member of the 3Sixty Insights team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of client engagement—from initial outreach to closing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
You’ll work independently and collaboratively with the CEO to:
Understand market dynamics and client needs
Consult with prospects and clients on research solutions
that address challenges across marketing and sales enablement functions
Communicate client trends, emerging needs, and market themes
to our research team
Help shape and grow the 3Sixty Insights brand in the software and technology vendor community
This role offers an entrepreneurial environment where your input will shape both our client engagements and internal strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage new software vendor prospects
Develop and manage a full sales cycle, from outreach to contract execution
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their goals in
market education ,
demand generation ,
brand awareness , and
sales enablement
Maintain strong ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and growth
Stay informed on software industry trends, client priorities, and emerging market needs
Communicate customer insights and market trends back to internal teams to help guide research direction
Requirements:
3–6 years of sales experience , preferably in B2B software technology research, marketing and demand generation, or B2B services
Strong communication skills across multiple channels: video calls, in-person meetings, written communications, and social platforms
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
Deep understanding of how research supports marketing and sales enablement functions
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Must be located in the United States
Compensation Structure:
Commission-Only
(Revenue Share per Deal Closed)
Profit-Sharing Incentives
based on overall business performance
Unlimited earning potential for the right individual
This is a performance-based role with earnings tied directly to revenue contribution.
