mta robotics is a leading provider of advanced soldering and dispensing solutions, headquartered in Switzerland. Our high-tech systems and components help manufacturers worldwide automate and optimize complex production processes for electronic and mechanical components.

To continue our growth in North America, we are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our U.S. business into its next phase of development.

Following the planned retirement of our current General Manager, this role offers the opportunity to take full responsibility for expanding our U.S. operations and strengthening our presence in the North American market.

Your Opportunity

• Lead the U.S. subsidiary and drive market expansion and revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales and market strategies
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and partners
• Manage and develop the U.S. subsidiary team (3–5 employees) and establish a network of sales agents for components across the U.S. market
• Manage the business with full P&L responsibility
• Work closely with the executive management team at our headquarters in Switzerland

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in industrial automation, machinery, or capital equipment
• Proven track record in sales leadership or general management
• Strong ability to develop markets and grow customer relationships
• Experience building and leading teams
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership style
• Willingness to travel
• Availability to spend approximately six months at our headquarters in Switzerland for initial training and onboarding
