About the Role This is a General Manager / Director of Operations role for a hands-on leader who wants real ownership, real responsibility, and real upside. Expected schedule (Year One build phase): Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Important: This intensity is intentional, temporary, and milestone-based — not permanent. As the business stabilizes and membership milestones are achieved, time is systematically bought back through: Earlier Fridays Added support coverage Reduced weekly hours Transition toward a 5-day leadership schedule Build first. Stabilize second. Delegate third. Compensation & Upside Base salary starting at $60,000/year Automatic increase to $65,000/year upon achieving 175 active members at ~$180 ARPU Performance-based bonuses tied to growth milestones Additional upside tied to equipment sales Exit-aligned bonus opportunity Expected total compensation: $60,000 – $150,000+ per year , depending on performance and growth.
